Payments & Billing
- Payment method: Credit/debit card via Stripe.
- Charge timing (Payment period): Charged immediately upon purchase; auto-renews monthly on the same calendar day. If a month lacks that day, renewal occurs on the last day of the month.
- Taxes: Prices are tax-exclusive; applicable consumption tax is calculated at checkout.
- Service Fees: Service fees refer specifically to the monthly subscription fee for “The Better Life Lab Membership.”
- Invoice/Receipt: Sent automatically to your email by Stripe.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancel anytime: You can cancel any time before the next renewal to stop future charges.
- Effect of cancellation: Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: As this is digital content, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
